Until 2014…
Everything changed for us when my partner Zoe, suffered an acquired brain injury at 21, leaving her with permanent left-sided weakness and a strict no-fly, no-stress policy. This challenge sparked our decision to convert a Volkswagen T4, and later an LT35, into a campervan, allowing us to explore the country while maintaining independence and a zest for life.
Ten years on, we’re happily married and have two dogs who act as our Chief Morale Officers! Our journey is still driven by a deep passion for making travel accessible for everyone, especially those with disabilities, so they can enjoy the freedom to explore. Zoe works as a Psychotherapist in the NHS, I’ve left my full time job as an AA Roadside Patrol and we’ve just moved into our third, much larger space to keep up with the exciting growth of our business.
It’s been an incredible ride, and we’re so grateful for how far we’ve come!
